Hi, I have a Storm 9500. I have downloaded the Desk top Manager from my Disc (that came with the phone version 4.6) and also from the Blackberry web site (version 4.7). However, when I conect my phone, the program does not comunicate with my phone. The connection message of "none" is always showing. I have disconnected and reconnected my phone but still the same. I have disabled my anti virus, firewall etc but still the same - I have even uninstalled and re-installed the program. Any info would be appreciated. I am using Windows Vista. Many thanks, Keith
