    Hello
I tried a search buy couldn't find an answer. I read that removing unneeded languages would free up memory.
    How do I remove them?
    THANX

If you use your desktop manager, goto the applications section and you can remove them.

You should also be able to delete them under your applications in advanced options on the phone without accessing the DM

True, but when I tried that it didn't actually remove it completely.

There should be a way to do it on the phone because when I bought mine the Verizon Rep did it for me, or at least told me he was.

All BlackBerrys ship with multiple languages, the first time it powers up, you select the default language.

The Setup Wizard provides the simple way to remove alternate languages.

BlackBerry Desktop Manager is the best way, if you have a Windows computer available. Great for Backup too.

Yeah I thought that you would be able to remove them thru the phone also....That was my first attempt...

I do not see that option in my menus?? (v.75)

So I will hook it up to the laptop tonight and try when I get caught up....

Also..Off topic...The BB Messenger seems like an awesome idea but I don't know many people w/ BB's around here.LOL

Is everyone else making use of it?? It does not cost you anything like Verizon text messages..Right??

I Have No BlackBerry Friends What a Loser LOL

Or you could go to the setup wizard again.
