Dead battery/phone wont turn on

So lastnight my phones chrage died while I was sleeping, so this morning I pluged it in to charge it. I have red LED on, but the phone wont turn on while charging, and if I try unplugging it still nothing. Ive also already tryed a battery pull, and that hasnt help.
Anyone have anyideas?

Goto manage connections, which is on the home screen and put a check in the mobile network box. That turns the radio back on.

If the battery got so low that the phone shut off, you will have to let it charge for a while before it will turn back on. It's not good for the battery to let that happen if you can avoid it. Leave it turned off and on the charger for 30 minutes and it should turn back on. You may also have to turn the radio back on as a separate step.

X2 to the above. If that doesn't work then your battery is toast. That happened to me. I just went to the verizon store and they gave me a new battery free of charge.
