data usage command not working ATT unlocked bb storm 9530

first want to say thx to all you guys on the forums here ive learned a lot in the short time ive been here reading over all of it
so like the topic says
i have an unlocked bb storm 9530 using ATT and recently (past 2-3 days) i noticed if i do the *3282# command or any other for that matter it doesn't work
my phone will actually dial out and connect and receive a recording say can not be completed as dialed error code (co01gn)

the only things ive done to change anything on my phone is i upgraded my txting to unlimited about 1 1/2 weeks ago

the any of the *----# commands will temporarily work if i reset the phone which it isnt a big deal to have to do that every time i want to check my bill but i just want to know if theres a fix for this
