I am going to London early August and will take my Storm along. Have called VZW and had a most pleasant experience w/ customer service -- got the unlock code. Have not unlocked yet as she adives to have the new SIM card in when I do so.
Looking at various UK websites it seems the prepaid SIM cards only allow voice and SMS. My questions are:
1. can I use data services with UK prepaid SIM card?
2. is the blackberry email a different service from data?
I don't need email (so, can do without BB service) but I think I will need google maps and other data services. Thanks.
