Ok so I have unlocked my storm and can use it on T-Mobile however the data it rather crappy. I can't seem to stay connected. I read somewhere that it's the 5.0 OS, if this is the case if I downgrade should this fix the issue?

To downgrade I erase the 5.0 from my computer and install the 4.7?

you can try, but i doubt that the OS throw this problem... but you lose 20 mins, so why not?

anddd yes, erase the installation, wipe the bb, and install again.
