Wait...what were your problems with your device again? Sometimes it takes more than one call to get a replacement. Just be nice and keep trying a different rep. The key is to be nice

Did you just call and say "hi, I want to replace my BB Storm"? What are the symptoms? If its not warranty related you're not going to get to a tech support rep.
