Has anyone else had this problem. When I use the ON setting for vibrate it works fine, but when I choose the custum settings it does not work for anything just goes straight to ringtone. Does anyone know a fix to this please help!!!!

Is the Custom profile set to Vibrate as well? It must be and it also must be the active profile.
