    Just signed up to CB, I've been a BB user since my pearl days almost 2 1/2 years ago...love the storm!

    When I put the phone on vibrate, my custom ringtones still come out for my contact alerts. I didn't have any problems with this on my pearl, any suggestions?

    You have to create a custom sound profile...that's the only way to get it to work for right now.

    Really? I thought you just set the volume for the contact to "active profile" - that doesn't work?

    Active profile doesn't work I tried that...

    How would I create a custom sound/profile?
