Hello everyone, just bought the Storm and new to BB. I'm wanting to add a GMail and Hotmail email account on my Storm. The sales rep entered my primary email onto it. So when I try to create the others the first screen I see is the BIS screen... I'm not sure if I need to create a login or not before I can create anymore email accounts? Thanks all... I think there's a new Storm brewin'

I recommend creating a login and password and then using the BIS website to modify your settings.

You don't have to create an username and password but it will simplify things. I have created email accounts from the email settings app and then made modifications from the BIS site since it is easy for me to work with.

It was quite easy after I figured out my username the Verizon rep made and what the password was.
