Sorry if this is posted else where. My storm fell out of my pocket the other day and the lower left corner of the screen is cracked. I have insurance through Verizon. Will they simply replace the device free of charge? Or will I have to pay a $50 deductible? Have you or anyone you know been through a similar situation to this?

I'm really hoping they will just replace it for free, but hey if I have to pay, then I have to pay.

Your probably going to have to pay the $50 ins. since it is cracked. If it was dust under the screen, they would replace it. Sorry.

Damn, alright. I would've used a screen protector but I heard that it voids the warranty?

no it wont void your warranty cause your not altering the phone in any way.
