Here is my issue now on my phone which is the storm 9530. I'm on crackberry store now i want to log in so i put my email address then my crackberry account password but it says wrong. So i did this forgot password then i got a password from crackberry store. I would like to know why it stated my password invalid.

the password isyour mobihand password, not the one toyour crackberry account

ok but when i down loaded the crackberry store i never set that up i thought it would be same as crackberry

Your crackberry forum account and crackberry store account are two seperate accounts. Of course, you could use the same username/email and password.

I had the same stupid issue.
Don't hit enter in the password box.
Click the login button instead.

Alternatively you can add the crackberry app and then once you login your done.
