Default Cool RIM SUPPORT STORY!!

Hey,Guys
Yesterday I had a major problem with my Storm which was my fault. I accidently deleted my security Certificates on my Storm. So I call Verizon Tech support and explain my problem, well the level 2 Tech couldn't figure out my problem so he transfers me to RIM Tech Support. I explained my problem to RIM and they couldn't figure out my problem that fast. So the RIM tech says hold on I'm going to research your problem with another coworker and get back to you. Ten minutes later he comes back and says I have a fix for my problem. He looked on another forum for support Blackberryforums site and said another Storm user had my same issue. So he told me how to download the fix from bkackberry official site right from my Storm. So RIM even has to search the forums for help sometimes. This made my night and made me laugh.

Hey, I was reading this post and, just out of curiousity, I went to the above-metioned URL on my Storm. I clicked a few things and something downloaded.

Now my Application Center won't update and my Visual Voicemail is giving me an error every time I open it.

How do I fix this?

People from all carriers and RIM itself frequent the forums. Actually, some peoples job title includes monitoring manufacturer based forums for specific things.
