I cannot get my contacts to sync. I have looked for a solution but cannot find anything. I have tried:
1. Reload DM software
2. Battery Pull
My device is seen by my computer. It is plugged in.
I have 3 options under my Synchronization setup: Microsoft Outlook Express, ASCII, Yahoo.
When I hit synchronize, it recognizes the items on my BB, but it does not add these to my Outlook address book nor does it add address book entries to my BB.
Anyone else having this problem?
Anyone know what I can do to fix it?
I cannot get mine to work either, in my Synch setup its not seeing my MS Outlook at all. I've got a Vista 64 computer - maybe thats the problem. DM works great for everything else and finds my phone just fine.
