I have taken delivery of my new Storm 9350. VW rep tried to transfer my contacts, but said he was not able to do it, bummer. I have extracted the address book from my old Nextel i560 and saved it as phonebook.mdb onto my PC. Now how can I get that information into the Storm?

I was also told the same thing today when I went to Verizon to get my contacts from my i870 transfered to my Storm. She said that when she inserted my Nextel sim card into the machine there were no contacts on it, but the phone reads it fine. Have you seen the iDEN Phonebook Manager for Mac OS X anywhere?

i believe there's software to sync your contacts for nextel so try syncing your Nextel to outlook and then sync you phone with outlook
