I had an 8830 before, so the platform is not totally new to me. I set a SMS alert for a specific contact. Now no matter who sends me a txt, the contact alert tone plays. I am running .75 (will wait for the blessed version), and am baffled Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Update: I spent about 2 hrs on the phone with WDTS. I finally got to talk with a lead, as level 2 tech was baffled also. The lead was able to duplicate my problem, so it is now a known issue.
BTW, I was also told that .85 will probably not be released to the wild, most likely an .87 or even .89, no timetable yet
