    My computer wont recognize my storm at all when i plug in the USB. however, on another computer, it finds it just fine.

    what gives?

    In order to see your BlackBerry correctly, you need to have the correct USB drivers installed.

    Windows XP uses the drivers supplied with BlackBerry Desktop Manager. Windows Vista has native BlackBerry drivers.
