    so i'm attempting to download the new OS to m computer. Everything was fine, until I want to the app loader "communication port selection" I have no options to choice from... can someone please help me on how i can establish a connection so i can upload the new OS to my storm? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!

    Reboot your PC and do a battery pull on the Storm. This fixed this issue for me.

    Did you install the OS on your computer? I see you are on T-Mobile did you delete the vendor file? Also do you have desktop manager installed? DM is needed to install the OS and it also includes the drivers your computer needs to recognize it. Also try to put it in Mass Storage mode and see if that helps.
