Yeah, if I had the extra money, I'd probably do this because I dropped my phone which created some pretty unappealing defects on the chrome parts.
I would just get a basic black color, nothing bright.
The whole idea of sending the phone in, having it completely disassembled, and then shipping back to me would make me pretty nervous. They must have Storms in stock if they brick one.
Very awsome, but damn that is expensive. Is it powder coated or painted?
It is paint with a "special" clear coat. I've seen some of the work that they have done on a couple other things and I can tell you it is high quality. But if you read reviews / word of mouth it, like everything else still scratches easily. You would definitly want to invest in a IS or GA to protect it.

Are you kidding? You have to ship it yourself. Colorware will not be sending you a box to ship it in. I suggest you put your Storm in its original box and head over to fedex or your local post office. Speaking from experience here...
