all the reviews are saying this. did anyone see that 10 minute youtube review? that guy was flying when he as texting
I didn't get it either. Yes, overwhelming disapproval of the clickable screen. Much comparison to the iPhone and it seems they like that device better.

On a pop up near the bottom of the screen the iPhone was pictured as one of the editors' gift ideas.
I thought the review made no allowances for the Storm being a much anticipated joybox, which I really appreciated and wasn't much surprised by. My last two vehicles had bad reviews but neither was problematic so c'mon Friday!
But, here's the truth: I'm going to be pissed if that beautiful screen is futzy and slows down my typing (even with the upgraded OS). I've used other screen 'keyboards' on PDAs and if I can install one on the Storm I'm sure I'll be up to speed faster. I bet I can't though.
And, now that I understand how Wi-Fi could be a speedy alternative, I wonder if I'll miss it for when response is slow and Wi-Fi is available. Since I've never used it on the Treo I'm sure I won't be rollin' around crying over it.
I don't know what everyone was ******** about? Cnet's review was probably the most positive review of the phone from a major source that I've seen. She basically said the browser wasn't as good as the iPhones, which is probably correct, and that it was overall a great phone that will attract many people. What was so bad about it? Atleast its getting good press from someone.

Go back to CNET, search LG Dare, and see who got the better review.
Personally I think these reviews are coming from a biased place. Everyone is completely in love with the iPhone and can see nothing else. Some make an attempt at being unbiased but they fail. I personally am still going to get my baby tomorrow. I will "review" it for myself and make my "own" decision.
