Hey guys I just got a BB storm unlocked and it lacks a web browser and MMS Im on Cincinnati Bell and i think there in partnership with at&t so would the at&t service books work or no?

No they will not work Cincinnati Bell and AT&T are in no way partnered. You can resend your service books from the BIS page.
