    Ever since upgrade to OS 5, my Storm1 has intermittent charging problem. Error popup reads: "the charging source connected to your blackberry cannot charge your device"

    Happens more than half the time when plugging in ANY charger.

    Any ideas?

    Mine states something similar when using usb to my laptop. It does charge it but takes a little longer than the wall charger.

    I get that error sometimes when connecting to my laptop. I simply unplug and re-connect and it works.

    I had that problem with .328 and Verizon offered me a refurb. Problem is gone now with .419 from MTS.
