Charging issues
Recently I had some problems with my BB charging. Initially I thought it was the battery & took the BB into the Verizon outlet, only to learn it was supposedly an upgrade that was needed & a soft reset. 2-3 weeks later I still have the same problems....but...it's not the batteries (both OEM & extended battery) because both charge fully from a separate AC charger wall pack unit I purchased from Seidio. However, neither battery will charge while attached to the BB, whether via supplied AC wall unit cord, USB to laptop, or car charger. Although it may initially show the lightning bolt or green LED to indicate they're charging, both the bolt & LED disappear within seconds and no charge occurs. I have done this with the BB turned on & off with no change. This seems to confirm that the BB itself is the issue....anyone else experiencing this problem?.....
