All of the sudden, I have noticed that I cannot change my alert tones. When I go in to change them, it allows me to change it ,but, it does not allow me to hear the different tones and when I get pinned for ex. it's still using the old alert I had. Any thoughts, I'm still using Bell 122 OS. Thanks for any info
