I am trying to open word docs on my storm but the error message says "This attachment type cannot be viewed on your device". Does anyone know how to fix this?

I get the same thing with .pdfs. I also don't see a way to save attachments. Reading attachments in emails is essential to me, I hope there is a solution to this.

Anyone find a fix for this, I can't open a .doc or .xls file attachment from any emails. Same error message "file type is not supported".

I already launched the "Word to go" Application and done all the registration.

I just ran the upgrade to the latest version, then accepted the license agreements. Still I cannot open any doc, xls, pdf.

Is there somewhere to attribute file types to an specific application??
