When I try to unintall blackberry desktop software 4.7 the uninstallation gets to almost complete, then I get an error message and the uninstallation bar starts going backwards and it reinstalls itself. How can I get rid of this program.
Sounds like you tried to remove a portion of the program manually and removed part of the uninstall routine. Just reinstall DM and then you should be able to remove it.
