I created several picture and music folders on my media card. A few were created with the desiktop media manager and a few others with Windows Explorer.

For a while I was seeing some picture/music folders but now I see NONE of the folders. Windows Explorer sees both "Device Memory" and "Media Card" but it sees NOTHING in either folder. The Media Icon on the 9530 does show all of the picture/music folders though.

The Roxio Media Manager sees only the MUSIC folder on the Media Card - no other folders.

This is the structure I see when I pull the memory card and read it directly:

BlackBerry
Music
<my music folders>
documents
voicenotes
videos
ringtones
pictures
<my picture folders>
slacker
slacker


Any idea why I can't see these folders in Wndows Explorer or Roxio Media Manager??
