    I would definitely try a battery pull (actually remove the battery for 1 minute...not a quickpull).

    Have you tried rebooting the PC?

    Fro the message on your screen, it seems like DM is wanting the OS that's on your phone installed on the PC. Have you removed it?

    If it were mine and nothing I suggested above helps, I'd remove/reinstall Dm.
