When I open The Manager and go to restore I cant click on it, it just stays grey. I put a new OS on but it isn't working and I want to restore it. Any help?
1. What OS did you install and did the install produce any errors.
2. When you connect the phone and launch DM, does it show your PIN number in the bottom left corner?
2 things to try:
1. Uninstall and reinstall DM (I'd do this first if no PIN shows up in DM)
2. Reload the OS.
