I'm trying to play videos that I have recorded from my Storm back on my Storm and everytime I try it says "The Media being played is of an unsupported format". I read a post that says to turn off the Encrypt Media Files in the options menu, but that did not work. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!
What version are you running? Ive had this error for a while until Civic suggested that I go revert back to .75 and then back up to what I have now (.122). Its worked fine ever since.
I had same problem with my storm took it in back to store and rep said I needed a hard reset on my device and problem would be fixed. Problem solved after hard reset (wiping hand set) make sure you back up all info first. All your info will be deleted and you will have to reset all your settings if you do not back up info.
