    Don't know when this stopped working but now I cannot open a jpg attachment in an email. Other types open (.doc/.xls, etc). Ideas?

    I had the same problem. I called tech support (1-800-922-0204) and they had to resend specific books to my devise.

    In about 5 minutes on the phone, I could open all my attatchments.

    If you upgraded to the official .148, there have been alot of reported cases of this happening. (according to the guy I talked to at Tech Support.)
