    how do i turn on my radio function so i can txt/call? i dont even know how it got turned off in the first place! your help will be appreciated!!!

    Open your "Manage Connections" and select "Turn all Networks ON"

    Also, make sure that you have sufficient battery. If you have 5% or less, the device radio will not turn on until it charges.

    I usually just try to place a call and it will tell you radio is off do you want to restore connections..... tell it yes.
