I have the new storm and wanted to install the desktop manager software with windows vista. I have tried downloading the latest version 4.7.0 B50. It always has an Error 1310. Error writing to file c:\config.msi\???? I tried with and with our media manager and multi language and English only. I have access to all on the computer and are now stumped. Any suggestions or questions?
