I have downloaded some applications onto my storm (BB apps store, FlyCast, StormSketch, etc.) but when I try to locate the application on my phone I can't seem to locate the program icon. It's not in my "Application Center" or "Applications" folder and I'm at a loss as to where they might be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you look in the downloads folder?

ANd if you don't see a downloads folder see if it's hidden....
Click the BB 2x and select show all

BINGO! Downloads folder it was. So why the heck was that thing hidden? And why does it now show up as a faded icon?

It's faded cause it's hidden...
just unhide it and it'll stay when you reclick show all

Just out of curiosity, why don't applications go into an application folder? Sorry if these are stupid questions.

Because they are downloaded apps. You can move them from the download folder to the applications folder once they're there if you'd like. That's what I do.
