I just plugged my Storm into my PC to get some pictures and video off of it. Tried to back it up first, and it says 'error backing up database(s)' while its on 'random pool' of the backup process.

Also, I can't use the media manager, it's just greyed out.

I have Mass Storage Mode Support ON, and Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode when Connected to YES. MTP is ON, whats wrong here?

Trying clearing your browser cache on the phone and try the back up again.

As far as the pics go, try just using widows to copy them off by hand, otherwise you might need to reinstall media manager.

Nm, just had to upgrade desktop manager to 5.0. I was on 4.7 still.
