I've seen this question in the forum but not the answer. When my BB rings it rings twice and then goes to voice mail. I can't pick it up and answer it fast enough! I've looked through all the options I can think of and the help file but haven't found how to set it to ring more times before going to voice mail. Can anyone help? Thanks.

It happens on my wife's Storm also. The ringer would ring like 5 times before the phone rings on her end. No idea.

Have the same problem. You can call 611 on your verizon phone and talk to tech. to increase rings before voicemail but mine was already set to max(6) and it still goes to voicemail after 2 or 3 rings what build are you running
