Have CB website. Email it to you. Open the email and download the file to either your sd card or device under ringtone. Go to profile set up and it should be there, if not at the top of the ring tone list should be a browse option then just go to where you saved the file

You can also use the music on your sd card as a ringtone which I like. Verizon had that block on my old lg phone so I had to download ringtones directly from them or transfer them using usb,
