we both have storms and we both back up on the same comp.
2 questions......one, I need to restore all her info since she got an app error and I need to use the loader to bring it back to life. The dm will not recognize my wife storm, but it recognizes mine just fine.
2 how do I tell which one is her back up files and which one is mine?
Unless you saved her backup in a deifferent folder or renamed the file i dont think there is a wayo to know who's is who's without reinstalling it and seeing what info you get...
About the computer not recognizing I'm not sure what to do.
if you did a backup on a different date, you can go by the dates...other then that, no way to tell the difference..make up seperate folders for the next time
