For some reason I can not open attachments in my email. I do have Doc's to go. I have tried doing a Bat pull and nothing. I wiped and reinstalled the OS and still nothing. The attachments I'm tryn to open is Excel doc and word doc.
Does anyone have any other ideas to open my attachments.

Do you get any errors? Is Blackberry Attachment app installed? (Check in applications. It can be loaded thru desktop manager.)

You need Blackberry Attachment Service installed. Docs to go can be deleted, unless you want to edit documents.

I have never tried documents, but as long as the email isn't too big I can open pics very easy

I did check and I do have the BlkBerry Attachment. what is the max file size u can open. I also don't see the download option.

i had this problem when i updated to the official updated OS. i had to call verizon

Well after 4 reinstalls of the OS I finally got it to open the attachments. Not sure what was wrong, just glade I got it to work.
