I don't know you want out of your contract or a new phone but I will tell you and all else how to get a new phone without terminating your contract.
I had a Palm treo before my first blackberry and i hated it so much i got three replacements in 3 days. It froze up on me all the time and I went in on the 4th day and talked to the manager. I basically stated that me and my Treo didn't get along so he gave me an option. He said I could choose between a Motorola Q (no thanks) or a Blackberry 8830 which i decided I would take So i didn't have to pay any fees for a new phone. I hope this helps you or anyone out there. Just keep complaining and show how much you need a new device and you may get lucky like me.
