Hi, I have had my blackberry storm for about 2 months and have read plenty of stories about how people have exchanged there storms for new ones plenty of times. I was wondering If I would be able to do so. I bought the storm at best buy if that matters.

This is what is wrong with it:
-At one area the screen squeaks when clicked (very irritating)
-The corners are harder to click / when bottom half of the screen is click the whole screen clicks down, kinda hard to explain.
-the screen is not stable, it moves when the phone is shook
-the green call button is loose and feels weird

Could these be enough reasons to get a new storm if i have warranty or whatever? And if it is would I just go to best buy (which is were I got it) to get a new one?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

I replaced my wifes storm today for similar issues, except I bought it at a verizon store and it was only 3 weeks old. So I'm not sure since you purchased it at Best Buy.

yeah it sounds like plenty of issues to be able to get a new one.

you may have to pay the 50 bucks if you have had it for 2 months.
