I haven't gotten a Storm yet (waiting for Jan4 2009!).

But I haven't seen any posts or videos that say if you can double-tap the screen (like the iPhone) to select a letter when typing. Is this possible?


I've seen videos of people double-tapping while surfing the web, but I'm talking specifically when selecting a letter or number (email, text message, etc.)

selecting letters and placing the cursor might be the most frustrating aspect of the storm. i wish there was a trackball between the BB and back button because of this

You press the screen in and it clicks. No double tapping letters.
