the camera on the storm is so slow, when you take a picture it takes forever to capture it.. unlike the curve or bold.

is there a setting to fix this?

so far... no fix
some of the leaked OS improve the speed but install those at your own risk.

Nope no fix... but don't loose your hope for it. RIM is working hard on getting those issues fixed.
