I have a unlocked storm with ATT and have had major issues with the "close all aps" that popped up when I wanted to use my camera. I have posted here and nothing has worked, on a desperate try to resolve this I removed the media card. Then a battery pull and the camera worked. Then I but the media card back in and have had know issues for a week straight. I don't know if this will help you people with this problem but it is worth a try.
I was not having any other problems with my storm, other than the camera. All songs would play that I have stored. I can't explain if the media card was the problem. But my camera works now. And no format needed of my media card.
