Here's my problem: Whenever I make a 1-800 call and the operator tells me to please press 1 for.... or 2 for.... when i hit the show keyboard button it goes into multitap and not the numeric pad. It used to go to the numeric pad but now it doesn't. How can I fix it to go to the numeric pad?

Are you running OS .114? if so then change your typing mode from suretype to multitap first before making a call..you should see the numeric pad again
