I am having the issue where the person I'm talking too says it sounds like I'm talking underwater. I will have perfect signal at the time of the call so know its not that. Has anyone else come across and if so how did you fix it? I'm running the 141 OS and wondering if that's the problem. Thanks in advance for the help.
