I wonder if anyone knows if it's possible to use a web page redierect from a drop down menu to open a .pdf file?

I have enable javascript on my Storm but it still takes me nowhere when I make a selection from the drop down menu...supposed to open a .pdf file.

I wonder if a third party browsre is what I need, or something like that.

This is the site I'm at - select anything from any drop down should open a .pdf:
