Ok here is the problem. I pirchased this Storm 9530 off Ebay. (I know that is problem #1) but every thing works just fine except... when I hit the application switcher and click browser I get an error message that says "Your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device". So I called ATT/Cingular (not Verizon) they were no help and told me to call Verizon.. so I did and they said they can help me because I gont have service with them. ATT called me back and tried sending service books again (so they say) with no luck. She even told me to ask on crackberry.com!! HAHA. I have tried to change my device @ att.blackberry.com and resent the service books there as well with no luck. The last owner said they had internet and was using ATT as well. Any one know how to get the browser service book entries back on my phone?

I own a blackberry storm (9500).
I got myself a telia denmark data plan today,looks like i have similar problem as you had.
cant view browser,cant access any online apps.
Did you manage to fix your blackberry? or does it work with telia denmark?

yea, that link you gave me made me dowload a program that promts me for my device password. i dont use a password so it told me to leave it blank, only problem is it wont let me access the program to fix my 9550's service books. all i need to do is dowload the sb's for my att 9550. can anyone help?
