    Alright well there's only 3 things I can suggest then

    1) Wait and see if it starts working again, if there's a glitch with your BIS account or a partial outtage.

    2) Call VZW WDTS and see if they can trouble shoot your BIS account if that is indeed the problem.

    3) downgrade the OS to see if it's an issue with the hybrid.

    ok quick question, would you know why im not able to instal .103? it says "this setup will perform an upgrade of BB device software" and i click yes and then it says "a later version of BB software is already installed on this machine. the setup cant continue" any ideas with this?

    Hmm, try uninstalling any of the other device OS's you might have on your computer, including the hybrid. I usually only keep one device Os installed on my computer at a time. You can keep the install files, just uninstall it before you put the new one.

    actually it isnt allowing me to uninstall his hybrid i thought i deleted them all saying the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable

    open up DM, go to help (top right), About Desktop Manager, then Device Software tab, does it show anything in there?

    1. I found that patience was the best for me. Re-registering on the network (*228 or BlackBerry "Register Now" under Host Routing Table) can take time. PATIENCE. This happened the first day I had the device, and I just had to wait.

    2. If in fact you've sent all this stuff and it's still goofed, a device wipe might not be a bad idea. I know it's drastic, but nothing makes everything better quite like a cleaned off device.

    Hmm, and you've rebooted the computer since you uninstalled the hybrid? Does it show up in Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs?

    yep have restarted it few times since then traveling back in for from school and such, it doesnt show up in the control panel either..

    When exactly are you getting this error message? Is it while you're installing the OS on the PC? Or when you're actually about to do the upgrade on the device?

    Hmm I suppose you could try uninstalling/reinstalling the DM software itself and seeing if that works. If the hybrid didn't have a proper uninstall, there could be traces of it somewhere.
