VZW doesn't do software updates on PDA's. Only on Verizon wap phones (Glyde, Dare). Blackbeery is getting $30.00 a month from you to use their secure servers, and you could try them first, considering that it's you desktop manager software and bb device that are malfunctioning.

The sim card rejected is a known issue according to customer service adn they are working to resolve it. It should however not hinder the use of the phone with in the United States.

same thing happened to me, i pulled my battery out for a few seconds, its ok now

I upgrade to .76 and now my BB messenger is gone. Any ideas or thoughts?

The same thing happened to me the other day. Took it into the Verizon store -- the tech department. They had me back up and running in less than an hour.
